In order to ensure the development of social relations in the economic and related spheres of social life in the conditions of increasing threats to social well-being and the transition to a modern one that meets international requirements, this work for the first time conducts a comprehensive study of not only the evolution of the understanding of the essence of standardization, but also its functions, sub- entities, normative acts. Particular attention is paid to standardization as a means of legal regulation of economic activity and economic relations, the peculiarities of procedural actions, the formation of case law. The importance of standardization as a means of socializing the economy and ensuring the direct application of the norms of the Constitution of Ukraine is especially emphasized.
The materials of the work can be used in the further development and improvement of the relevant legislation, as well as in the practical activities of business entities: in contractual relations, in the regulation of internal activities due to standardization requirements and in the detection of violations in this area.
З метою забезпечення розвитку суспільних відносин в економічній та суміжних сферах суспільного життя в умовах зростання загроз суспільному добробуту та переходу до сучасного, що відповідає міжнародним вимогам, у цій роботі вперше проводиться комплексна вивчення не лише еволюції розуміння сутності стандартизації, а й її функцій, суб’єктів, нормативних актів. Особливу увагу приділено стандартизації як засобу правового регулювання господарської діяльності та господарських відносин, особливостям здійснення процесуальних дій, формування судової практики. Особливо підкреслено значення стандартизації як засобу соціалізації економіки та забезпечення верховенства норм Конституції України.
Матеріали роботи можуть бути використані при подальшому доопрацюванні та вдосконаленні відповідного законодавства, а також у практичній діяльності суб’єктів господарювання: у договірних відносинах, у регулюванні внутрішньої діяльності через вимоги стандартизації та при виявленні порушень у цій сфері.
