Статтю присвячено аналізу поняття державного нагляду (контролю) у сфері господарської діяльності, його принципів та особливостей здійснення. У роботі вказано, що велика кількість сфер і галузей економіки, велика кількість державних органів спричиняють дублювання їх компетенції. Зроблено пропозицію щодо проведення неофіційної з поступовим переходом до офіційної інкорпорації норм та актів, що визначають види державних органів, їх принципи і сферу діяльності та компетенцію по відношенню до суб’єктів господарювання при проведенні контролю (нагляду) за їх діяльністю.
The economy of the modern state can not progress chaotically. The market economy is fierce and impersonal, and therefore is objective. So think, that the effect of market economic laws exclusively for the benefit of all states and entities is a mistake. Because of these reasons the state has pre predict certain changes in the global, regional and own economy and develop norms of economic legislation to protect their own interests and the interests of its economic entities. In the special economic legislation defines the concept of state supervision (control) by economic activity. In the Commercial Code of Ukraine named sectors and spheres of economy, which is carried out such supervision (control). There and in the special Law of Ukraine named general principles governing public authorities during the state supervision (control) by economic activity. The state provides significant guarantees to economic entities. However, a large number of industries and areas of production, state regulatory agencies, their functions, rights and duties enable control (supervision) over the activities economic entities in several state agencies and/or their officials at the same time. The foregoing is a minimum cause of discomfort in the activity of economic entities, whose activity control. Therefore it is logical proposals for systematizing rules and regulations of state supervision (control) by economic activity by incorporation. In the first phase of this systematization incorporation may be informal nature. After incorporation can be translated into the category of official, when based on the incorporation of informal by governmental bodies will be made of laws or something like Code.
