Виявлено та названо основні правові, технологічні, економічні ризики здійснення операцій з криптовалютою (біткойнами) громадян і суб’єктів господарювання України – поява нової технології замість Інтернету і комп’ютерів; кібератаки; втрата «ID гаманця» і/або пароля; падіння попиту на біткойни внаслідок економічних причин, заборони однією криптовалюти (біткойнів) на користь нової – легітимізованої державою; можливість негативного впливу державних органів та/або посадових осіб.
The article identifies and describes the main legal, technological, and economic risks of carrying out transactions with the cryptocurrency (Bitcoins) for citizens and economic entities of Ukraine – the emergence of new technology in return for the Internet and computers; cyber attacks; loss of «purse ID» and/or password; the drop in demand for cryptocurrency (Bitcoins) due to economic reasons, the ban of one crypto currency (Bitcoins) in favor of a new – legitimized state; the possibility of negative impact of state bodies and/or officials.
