The aim: The purpose of the study is to assess the impact of recreational lands on human health and determine the priority forms of their use and protection. Materials and methods: International acts, data of international organizations and findings of scientists have been examined and used in the study. The article also summarizes information from scientific journals and monographs from a medical and legal point of view on the basis of scientific methods. This article is based on dialectical, comparative, analytic, synthetic, and comprehensive research methods. Conclusions: Recreational lands positively influence human health through a powerful effect of natural healing resources in combination with health-improving and therapeutic procedures on the body, which is becoming increasingly popular, and in some cases, it is the most effective treatment of all. Recreational lands are an independent category of land with a special legal regime of use, characterized by a developed or undeveloped natural area containing natural resources for treatment, recovery, rehabilitation, and prevention of diseases, which are under the special protection of the state and territorial communities. Special protection of the state in today's conditions is extremely important because there has been a negative trend in Ukraine regarding raider attacks. The objects of such attacks are exclusively those companies that are competitive in the market, have achieved significant profits, and continue to develop their activities by creating new branches and introducing new technologies. In particular, attacks on the property of agricultural enterprises and business entities that carry out activities in the field of IT services have become frequent in recent years. The main target of attacks by raiders on agricultural enterprises is their land. Similarly, without state support and protection, recreational land can be the object of raider attacks. The priority form of using recreational land is the placement of resorts and sanatoriums that provide recreational services. Recreational lands can also be used for health improvement in the “wellness” form or within the framework of health tourism.
Мета дослідження полягає в оцінці впливу земель оздоровчого призначення на здоров’я людини та визначенні пріоритетних форм їх використання і охорони.
Землі оздоровчого призначення позитивно діють на здоров’я людини через потужний вплив на організм усієї повноти природно-лікувальних ресурсів у поєднані з оздоровчими та лікувальними процедурами, що стає дедалі популярнішим та й в деяких випадках, нічого більш ефективного просто не існує.
Землі оздоровчого призначення є самостійною категорією земель із спеціальним правовим режимом використання, характеризуються освоєною або неосвоєною природною територією, містять природні лікувальні ресурси, сприятливі для лікування, оздоровлення, реабілітації та профілактики захворювань, перебувають під особливою охороною держави та територіальних громад. Особлива охорона держави в умовах сьогодення має вкрай важливе значення, оскільки в Україні спостерігається негативна тенденція щодо рейдерських атак. Обʼєктами таких атак є виключно ті компанії, які є конкурентоспроможними на ринку, отримали значний прибуток і продовжують розвивати свою діяльність шляхом створення нових галузей та впровадження нових технологій. Зокрема, за останні роки почастішали напади на власність сільськогосподарських підприємств та суб’єктів господарювання, які здійснюють діяльність у сфері ІТ-послуг. Головним обʼєктом нападів «рейдерів» на сільськогосподарські підприємства є їх землі. Так само без державної підтримки та захисту обʼєктом рейдерських нападів можуть бути і землі оздоровчого призначення.
Пріоритетною формою використання земель оздоровчого призначення є розміщення курортів та санаторіїв, які надають лікувально-оздоровчі послуги. Також землі оздоровчого призначення можуть використовуватися для оздоровлення у формі «wellness» або у рамках оздоровчого туризму.
