Abstract:
У тезах досліджено соціальну відповідальність бізнесу у сфері забезпечення реабілітаційної допомоги в Україні в умовах воєнного стану та повоєнного відновлення. Обґрунтовано, що участь суб’єктів господарювання у цій сфері не повинна зводитися лише до благодійності, а має охоплювати договірні, інвестиційні, організаційно-сервісні, трудові та партнерські механізми. Особливу увагу приділено значенню публічно-приватного партнерства, державних гарантій медичного обслуговування, безбар’єрності та стандартів відповідальної поведінки бізнесу. Зроблено висновок, що соціально відповідальна участь бізнесу у сфері реабілітації сприяє відновленню людського потенціалу, соціальній інтеграції постраждалих осіб та розвитку соціально орієнтованої економіки.

The theses examine the social responsibility of business in the field of rehabilitation care in Ukraine under martial law and in the context of post-war recovery. It is substantiated that the participation of business entities in this area should not be limited solely to charity, but should include contractual, investment, organizational-service, labor and partnership mechanisms. Special attention is paid to the importance of public-private partnership, state guarantees of medical care, accessibility and standards of responsible business conduct. It is concluded that socially responsible business participation in the field of rehabilitation contributes to the restoration of human potential, the social integration of affected persons and the development of a socially oriented economy.
