Зроблено висновок про те, що економічне майбутнє людства орієнтуватиметься на корпоративні суб’єкти господарювання, зокрема на товариства з обмеженою відповідальністю та публічні акціонерні товариства: перші як суб’єкти малого бізнесу, другі як суб’єкти великого бізнесу. І ті, й інші мають певні недоліки у своєму правовому статусі. Проте в умовах монополізації світової економіки перехід до ПАТ, концернів, холдингів, ТНК відбудеться у світі об’єктивно. І логічно, щоб цей процес в Україні тривав еволюційно. Сьогодні ситуація склалася таким чином, що українське законодавство про скасування організаційно-правової форми підприємств увійшло у дисонанс із міжнародним і стоїть на заваді потенційним і наявним суб’єктам господарювання обирати зручну організаційно-правову форму із багатоманітності можливих.
It is concluded that the economic future of humanity will be oriented towards corporate economic entities, in particular limited liability companies and public joint-stock companies: the former as small economic entities, the latter as large economic entities. Both have certain shortcomings in their legal status. However, in the conditions of monopolization of the world economy, the transition to public joint-stock companies, concerns, holdings, TNCs will take place objectively in the world. And it is logical that this process in Ukraine will continue evolutionary. Today, the situation has developed in such a way that Ukrainian legislation on the abolition of the organizational and legal form of enterprises has entered into dissonance with international law and prevents potential and existing business entities from choosing a convenient organizational and legal form from the variety of possible ones.
