Abstract:
У тезах досліджено роль соціальної відповідальності бізнесу у сфері медичного туризму як елементу правового забезпечення соціально орієнтованої економіки України в умовах воєнного стану та процесу європейської інтеграції. Обґрунтовано, що розвиток медичного туризму в сучасних умовах поєднує економічні інтереси суб’єктів господарювання з реалізацією соціальної функції держави та забезпеченням права людини на охорону здоров’я. Проаналізовано вплив європейських підходів до корпоративної соціальної відповідальності та ESG-регулювання на формування сучасної моделі правового регулювання господарської діяльності. Визначено значення соціально відповідальної участі бізнесу у відновленні медичної інфраструктури, розвитку реабілітаційних послуг та реалізації програм державно-приватного партнерства. Зроблено висновок, що інституціоналізація соціальної відповідальності бізнесу у сфері медичного туризму сприятиме зміцненню резильєнтності територіальних громад, підвищенню доступності медичних послуг і формуванню соціально орієнтованої економіки відповідно до європейських стандартів.

The theses examine the role of corporate social responsibility in the field of medical tourism as an element of the legal support of a socially oriented economy of Ukraine under martial law and in the context of European integration. It is substantiated that the development of medical tourism in modern conditions combines the economic interests of business entities with the implementation of the social function of the state and the protection of the human right to health care. The influence of European approaches to corporate social responsibility and ESG regulation on the formation of a modern model of legal regulation of economic activity is analysed. The importance of socially responsible participation of business in the restoration of medical infrastructure, development of rehabilitation services, and implementation of public–private partnership projects is determined. It is concluded that the institutionalisation of corporate social responsibility in the field of medical tourism will contribute to strengthening the resilience of territorial communities, improving access to medical services, and forming a socially oriented economy in accordance with European standards.
