Короткий опис(реферат):
Досліджено зелене фінансування як системний чинник трансформації національної правової парадигми України в умовах інтеграції до політико-правового простору Європейського Союзу. Проаналізовано вплив норм ЄС, зокрема Європейського зеленого курсу, Регламенту (ЄС) 2020/852 та сучасних стандартів ESG-регулювання, на модернізацію фінансово-правових механізмів та інституційної архітектури правової системи України. Обґрунтовано, що гармонізація законодавства у сфері сталих фінансів та адаптація рекомендацій Єврокомісії у межах Пакета розширення 2025 формують нову нормативну рамку сталого економічного розвитку та сприяють утвердженню європейських цінностей у публічному управлінні.

Abstract. Green financing is examined as a systemic factor in the transformation of Ukraine’s national legal paradigm in the context of integration into the political and legal space of the European Union. The study analyzes the influence of EU norms, in particular the European Green Deal, Regulation (EU) 2020/852, and contemporary ESG regulatory standards, on the modernization of financial and legal mechanisms as well as the institutional architecture of Ukraine’s legal system. It is substantiated that the harmonization of legislation in the field of sustainable finance and the adaptation of the European Commission’s recommendations within the framework of the 2025 Enlargement Package form a new regulatory framework for sustainable economic development and contribute to the consolidation of European values in public administration.
