Про захист приватних інтересів учасників (засновників) підприємств, членів їх сімей, працівників, інших осіб при ліквідації / реорганізації підприємств

Abstract

У тезах доповіді вказується на помилковість ліквідації в Україні будь-яких організаційно-правових форм суб’єктів господарювання, зокрема на помилковість ліквідації підприємств. Вказується на наявність організаційної форми підприємства у законодавстві Європи та світу. Вказується на наявність організаційної форми підприємства у Конституції України. Також вказано на можливі загрози приватним інтересам учасників (засновників) підприємств, членів їх сімей, працівників, інших осіб при ліквідації / реорганізації підприємств.

The report's theses indicate the fallacy of liquidating any organizational and legal forms of economic entities in Ukraine, in particular the fallacy of liquidating enterprises. The presence of the organizational form of an enterprise in European and world legislation is indicated. The presence of the organizational form of an enterprise in the Constitution of Ukraine is indicated. It also indicates possible threats to the private interests of participants (founders) of enterprises, members of their families, employees, and other persons during the liquidation/reorganization of enterprises.
