У збірник включені тези наукових доповідей учасників Науково-практичного круглого столу «Захист права власності», організованого Науково-дослідним інститутом приватного права і підприємництва імені академіка Ф. Г. Бурчака НАПрН України.
На тлі масштабних цілей розбудови конкурентної економіки, сприятливої для розвитку ініціативи й підприємництва, а також в контексті євроінтеграційних процесів учасники приділяти ретельну увагу до окремих питань для підвищення довіри бізнесу шляхом зниження ризиків, що має спричинити зростання надходжень прямих іноземних інвестицій в Україну як в період війни, так і в умовах післявоєнної відбудови.
У роботі круглого столу брали участь експерти в галузі судового захисту прав бізнесу, які мають практику у справах про захист права власності та/або здійснювали ґрунтовні теоретичні наукові пошуки у цій сфері. Науковий захід забезпечив можливість для обміну досвідом та ідеями стосовно подальших кроків для належного судового захисту майнових прав.

The collection includes abstracts of scientific reports of participants of the Scientific and Practical Round Table "Protection of Property Rights", organized by the Academician F. G. Burchak Research Institute of Private Law and Entrepreneurship of the NALS of Ukraine.
Against the backdrop of the large-scale goals of building a competitive economy conducive to the development of initiative and entrepreneurship, as well as in the context of European integration processes, participants paid close attention to individual issues to increase business confidence by reducing risks, which should lead to an increase in foreign direct investment inflows to Ukraine both during the war and in the conditions of post-war reconstruction.
The round table was attended by experts in the field of judicial protection of business rights who have practice in cases of protection of property rights and/or have carried out thorough theoretical scientific research in this area. The scientific event provided an opportunity to exchange experience and ideas regarding further steps for proper judicial protection of property rights.
