dc.description.abstract	The paper presents the theoretical generalization and description of the consequences of the members’ withdrawal from the LLC. The author singles out following consequences for the members who are using the right of withdrawal: 1) termination of participation in the company and 2) getting the company’s assets in the proportion to the share of the member. It is noted that the withdrawal from the LLC appears in depriving of the member of his ability to participate in the company’s management, receiving the information on the company’s activity etc. The author suggests an exhaustive list of grounds that would stipulate the possibility of a member to carry on the right of withdrawal.	uk_UA
