Abstract

У колективній монографії представлено результати дослідження теоретичних і методичних засад економічної безпеки держави та господарюючих суб’єктів в сучасних трансформаційних умовах; обґрунтовано нормативно-правовий базис системи економічної безпеки; визначено передумови та проблеми фінансових розслідувань у контексті економічної безпеки держави; узагальнено інституційні, організаційні та процесуальні аспекти здійснення фінансових розслідувань та перспективи розвитку.

The collective monograph presents the results of a study of the theoretical and methodological foundations of the economic security of the state and economic entities in modern transformational conditions; substantiated the regulatory framework of the economic security system; identified the prerequisites and problems of financial investigations in the context of the economic security of the state; Institutional, organizational and procedural aspects of the implementation of financial investigations and development prospects are summarized.
