dc.description	The article examines the main trends in European economic policy, particularly in the field of renewable energy. The subject of the study is the legal regulation of renewable energy development in the context of European integration. The aim of the article is to 00characterize the legal regulation of renewable energy development in the context of the implementation of Ukraine’s strategic development directions in the conditions of European integration, based on international and national legislation, as well as the views of scientists and experts. Emphasis is placed on Ukraine’s obligations in the field of energy in Ukraine, on the one hand, and the European Union, the European Atomic Energy Community and their Member States, on the other. Recommendations concerning renewable energy are presented, as set out in the European Commission’s report on Ukraine’s progress within the 2024 Enlargement Package. Key aspects of strategic policy documents and plans for their implementation are outlined, which concern the development of renewable energy and reflect Ukraine’s European integration commitments. The prospects for further scientific research in this field are outlined, in particular, on issues related to promoting the advantages of using renewable energy sources, creating conditions for the training and retraining of Ukrainian professionals in the fi eld of renewable energy sources and alternative fuels, and implementing European Union legislation in the fi eld of renewable energy sources.	uk_UA
dc.description.abstract	У статті розглянуто основні тенденції європейської енергетичної політики, зокрема у сфері відновлювальної енергетики. Метастатті полягає в тому, щоб на підставі міжнародного та національного законодавства, поглядів науковців та експертів здійснити характеристику правового регулювання розвитку відновлювальної енергетики в контексті реалізації стратегічних напрямів розвитку України в умовах євроінтеграції. Акцентовано увагу на зобов’язаннях України у сфері енергетики в умовах євроінтеграції. Наведено рекомендації, які стосуються відновлювальної енергетики, викладені у звіті Європейської Комісії щодо прогресу України в межах Пакета розширення 2024 року. Викладено ключові аспекти стратегічних програмних документів та планів їх реалізації, які стосуються розвитку відновлювальної енергетики та відображають євроінтеграційні зобов’язання України. Окреслено пер- спективи подальших наукових досліджень в означеній сфері.	uk_UA
